Cancellation Policy
Grant Advisory – Booking, Cancellation & Service Policy Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. All bookings are confirmed once payment has been processed. Rescheduling You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance at no additional cost. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment is not permitted and will require a new booking. Cancellations & Refunds – Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your session are eligible for a full refund. – Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. – Missed sessions (no-shows) are non-refundable. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival, and no additional time or partial refunds will be provided. Service Expectations Grant Advisory provides strategic guidance, recommendations, and frameworks. Implementation results will vary based on your execution and business resources. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Client Responsibilities Clients agree to: – Provide accurate information prior to and during sessions – Participate fully and come prepared – Implement recommendations at their discretion Communication & Boundaries All communication outside of sessions must occur via email.
